Instructions in four easy steps:

Step 1:
Oral fluid sample collection

• Open the sealed bag and remove the collector with the sponge end.

• Prepare for the collection by pressing the tongue against the upper and lower jaws and the root of the tongue to promote saliva production.

• Insert the sponge end of the collector into the mouth and sweep the sponge vigorously over the gums on both sides of the mouth and under the tongue.

• Chew the sponge gently to speed up fluid absorption.

• Hold the sponge under your tongue for at least 3 minutes until it is completely saturated.

Step 2:
Preparation of the sample

• Remove the collection chamber from the sealed bag and gently unscrew it.

• Take the sponge with the absorbed oral fluid out of your mouth and place it in the collection chamber.

• Press the sponge firmly against the strainer to release the oral fluid into the chamber. Fill the liquid to the marked line, which is indicated by an arrow.

• Screw the collection chamber back tightly and dispose of the sponge safely.

• Gently shake the collection chamber for 10 seconds and then let it stand for 10 minutes so that the liquid settles completely.

Step 3:
Implementation of the test

• Open the foil bag and remove the test cassette. Discard the desiccant it contains.

• Place the test cassette on a clean and flat surface.

• Gently shake the collection chamber again for 10 seconds.

• Remove the cap of the collection chamber and turn the collection tube over.

• Add 3 full drops of oral fluid to the sample well next to the letter "S" on the test cassette. Be careful not to spill any liquid into the test window.

• Screw the cap back onto the collection tube.

Step 4:
Reading the results

• Start a timer and wait 5 minutes before reading the results.

After another 5 minutes, check the result again:
NEGATIVE: Two colored lines appear. A line is next to the letter "C" (control line) and a line next to the letter "T" (test line).
POSITIVE: Only a colored line appears next to the letter "C". There is no line visible next to the letter "T".
INVALID: If no control line "C" is visible, the test is invalid and should be rerun.

Attention: Do not read the results later than 10 minutes, as the result could be falsified afterwards.
